Some restaurants reach for the stars. At the HERMITAGE Restaurant, we are more concerned about seeing our guests happy. Our recipe for this starts with first-class, fresh ingredients, whenever possible from the region. Using a great deal of skill and creativity, our kitchen crew creates newly interpreted classics such as cordon bleu, fresh perch ceviche from Lake Lucerne and delicious meat dishes from our Southbend oven that heats to 800 degrees. All served with carefully selected wines from Switzerland and Europe.

For guests in search of stars, we recommend the outdoor eating areas of the restaurant, bar and beach club.
