Passion meets precision, creativity meets effortless elegance: As Head of Culinary, Mario Garcia is bringing fresh inspiration to HERMITAGE. Recognised as one of Switzerland's most exciting young chefs, he combines culinary excellence with a down-to-earth approach and an exceptional flair for flavour. Together with our kitchen team, he is creating a menu where regional ingredients meet international influences, while timeless classics such as our Cordon Bleu continue to hold their well-deserved place.
Whether it's HERMITAGE beef tartare, corn mustard croquettes, trout fillet from Meggen or selected meat dishes, each plate tells its own modern story. Accompanied by wines from Switzerland and Europe that complement rather than dominate.
And always part of the experience: the view of the lake.
FONDUE CHINOISE THURSDAY
The HERMITAGE classic is back in the Living Room. This winter, join us every Thursday from 6 pm for Fondue Chinoise à discrétion. Enjoy, order another round and let the evening linger a little longer.
