Some restaurants reach for the stars. At the HERMITAGE Restaurant, we are more concerned about seeing our guests happy. Our recipe for this starts with first-class, fresh ingredients, whenever possible from the region. Using a great deal of skill and creativity, our kitchen crew creates newly interpreted classics such as cordon bleu, fresh perch ceviche from Lake Lucerne and delicious meat dishes. All served with carefully selected wines from Switzerland and Europe.
